Overview

The East Gateway marks the eastern entry point into the Hwy 278 Community Improvement District and reinforces corridor identity as travelers approach from the east. This gateway is designed to complement the West Gateway while creating a distinct sense of arrival for this portion of the corridor. Improvements in this area emphasize landscape enhancements, pedestrian connectivity, and the creation of a visible gateway element that reflects the overall design language of the district.
